Imagine, enjoy and fundraise for Creative Clay’s arts programs Wednesday, March 20, 6-9 p.m. An impressive new museum in the Grand Central District of St. Petersburg is the site for Creative Clay’s Spring for the Arts, which celebrates the non-profit’s 24th anniversary and raises funds for its arts programs.

The Imagine Museum, dedicated to Contemporary American Studio Glass, will provide an engaging backdrop for guests to enjoy live music by Lounge Cat, participate in portrait drawing by Creative Clay member artists and browse and bid on amazing silent auction offerings. Currently, the museum is home to more than 500 pieces of American Studio Glass and represents over 55 artists over 55 years who were and are integral to the development of the medium as a fine art form.

Guests will enjoy fresh seafood and other tasty bites from Island Flavors and ‘Tings, sip cocktails and bid on many amazing silent auction items, including a chance to win a virtual reality 3D drawing experience. Guests also will have the opportunity to tour the first floor of Imagine Museum.

“This is Creative Clay’s 8th Spring for the Arts, but our first time partnering with Imagine Museum,” said CEO Kim Dohrman. “We are very excited, as the space is exquisite. We are looking forward to a night of celebration with our supporters as we raise funds for our arts programs.”

Guests may purchase tickets at $75 each, which provides food and drink, open bar, Black Crow Coffee and live music. Guests are encouraged to wear what makes them happy. Creative Clay member artist art will be on display and for sale throughout the evening. In addition, original art by Creative Clay member artists will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Creative Clay’s member artists will also be at the party doing portraits of guests.

Sponsorship opportunities for $5000.00, $2500.00 and $1000.00 are available. And, tickets may be purchased online prior to the event.
