Conference scheduled for Aug. 17 at Hilton Carillon Park in St. Petersburg

CLEARWATER, Fla., (June 19, 2019)— Dr. Rhett Polka, a leading innovator in physical therapy, headlines an impressive lineup of clinicians and sports medicine professionals at the 2019 BayCare Sports Medicine Conference.

Scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 17 at Hilton Carillon Park, 950 Lake Carillon Dr., St. Petersburg, the conference will provide a comprehensive look at innovations in the field of sports medicine.
